Chianti Blackmon, M.S.(She/her/hers) has over 15 years of experience in leadership coaching, training, facilitating and educating around issues of justice, equity, and inclusion on a national level in higher education, non-profits, and organizations. She is a senior level college administrator with experience in both private and public colleges and universities implementing strategic initiatives, program planning, policy review and development, compliance management as well as addressing institutional climate transformation.

She is a member of the National Association of Diversity Officers in Higher Education (NADOHE) and a qualified administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) and served as Co-Chair of the Washington Regional Task Force-Against Campus Prejudice (WRTF.org). Her work includes, but is not limited to; organizational climate assessment, disrupting dominance and supremacy interpersonally and organizationally, executive leadership coaching, addressing implicit bias in leadership and hiring as well as Ally/accomplice and co-conspirator assessment.

Chianti earned her undergraduate degree in interpersonal/public and business/organizational communication from the University of Akron (OH) and her master's degree in clinical pastoral counseling from Loyola University, Maryland. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Higher Education at Morgan State University. She maintains a commitment to promote and sustain equity, inclusion, justice and transformation with an uncompromising commitment to inspire individuals to take an active role in developing a more just society.
